3.       I-want-to-do moments: These are moments when consumers are looking for inspiration or instructions on how to complete a task. For instance, they might search for how to change a tire or how to cook a streak.

4.       I–want–to–buy moments: These are moments when consumers are ready to make a purchase decision.  They might search for reviews of the new iPhone or where to buy a new car’’ or buy the iPhone 13’’ best deals on smart TVs fall into this category.
