It is the responsibility of the user to analyze the data and determine what is and what is not identifiable. For example, if the data contains one zip code that corresponds to just one recipient, then the zip code becomes identifying data for that recipient and should not be used unless the input data is changed so that sparsely populated zip codes are all lumped together in an "other" category for tracking.

Blind Tracking- Collects unspecific tracking data, recording only the number of times open–up and click-through events occurred.  In other words, blind tracking cannot discern between one person, clicking a link one hundred times, one hundred people clicking a link once.  The total count will be one hundred events in both instances.   Therefore, all blind events are considered “non-unique”.

            When reviewing the study it was observed that many organizations encountered problems through the various method of gathering information/data.  The problems are itemized as follows:

 Lack of information when it is required.

Overcrowding of some of the developing countries with overdue reports.

Wrong information on the location of some businesses.

Overcrowding of the company’s premises by the consignees looking for one information and others.

Then, looking at all these problems, after interacting with some port and custom officers, therefore, a new system needs to be introduced, to replace the old ones that were tiring and stressful because, the entry of the new vessels leaving or coming into the sore of the country where data mostly collected in papers and stored in files, which constitutes a problem for the workers to search for required information due to volume of files in which such information was stored.    The untimely link of information between the consignees and most of the African ports, for such an overdue cargo which is yet to be cleared, consequently causing overcrowding in such a port.
