To gain the buyer's confidence, must be a factor that must permeate the entire presentation.   This is the reason, why it must be discussed. Whatever way one looks at it credibility is the essence of persuasion.   It is based on two main factors: i.                      Behavior and personality and (ii.) Sales techniques adopted.
